Terms and conditions
These general conditions (hereinafter GC) apply to online purchases and can also be consulted on the website https://bellinzona.skiperformance.com/it/negozio and posted on the notice board at the entrance to the infrastructure.
1. Application
1.1. These GC are applicable to contractual relationships between the Ente autonomo dello sport di diritto comunale della Città di Bellinzona, hereinafter Bellinzona Sport and between the customer; they apply to all legal relationships arising from the use of the webshop. The version of the GC published at the time of purchase is authoritative.
2. Offer and conclusion of the contract
2.1. When purchasing online, by clicking on the appropriate box on the website, the user confirms that he has read all the clauses of the Bellinzona Sport GC and that he has understood and explicitly accepted their content. The contract between the customer and Bellinzona Sport is stipulated only with the customer's order confirmation. The customer who does not use one or more purchased products is not entitled to any refund.
2.2. The entrance, once activated, includes the right to access the public bath managed by Bellinzona Sport under the conditions established by the respective regulations published on the internet address sport.bellinzona.ch - in particular by the Public Bath Regulations - and by the provisions issued by the Management. The customer undertakes to consult these documents regularly. The opening hours are established by the Management of Bellinzona Sport. A temporary limitation of access to the public bath or its facilities does not confer any right on the customer, in particular to compensation.
2.3. The daily entrance is activated only when the price has been paid and Bellinzona Sport is in possession of all the relevant data of the holder (name, surname, address, postal code, city, etc.).
2.4. Bellinzona Sport may deactivate the entrance ticket with immediate effect in the event of repeated or serious violation by the customer of the contractual conditions and regulations, without any right to compensation or reimbursement for the customer.
2.5. Bellinzona Sport reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice any product and regulation of the Public Bath. In particular, it can freely regulate access to the Public Bath facility or parts thereof, without this giving rise to any right to compensation or reimbursement by the customer.
2.6. Bellinzona Sport reserves the right to verify at any time the correctness of the ticket category purchased by the applicant and its use. In the event of use of a ticket belonging to a lower category than the one due, Bellinzona Sport reserves the right to demand immediate payment for all services unduly used, as well as a penalty equal to the value of such services and an administrative indemnity of up to CHF 500.– see Art. 15 of the Public Bath Regulations.
2.7. Bellinzona Sport reserves the right to use the personal data provided by the customer exclusively within the scope of its own commercial activities and those of other operators present at the Public Bath, excluding any transfer to other third parties and unless the customer explicitly declares that he wishes to limit the use of the data to Bellinzona Sport.
2.8. Parents with parental authority are liable for any irregularities committed by their minor children.
2.9. Entry tickets are subject to Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute is Bellinzona.
2.10. Entry tickets are not refunded under any circumstances.
3. Procedure and payment methods
3.1. Payment for online products is made by credit card, PostCard or Twint. Online payments are processed by Worldline - Saferpay. The products remain the property of Bellinzona Sport until they have been paid in full. Bellinzona Sport services must be provided only after payment has been made. All prices are expressed in Swiss francs.
A payment solution from Worldline - Saferpay is used. Third parties will not have access to your personal information or credit card number. Saferpay uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to transfer your personal information. SSL creates a secure (encrypted) connection between your device and Saferpay. This way, your information is transmitted safely without unauthorized access.
3.2. The order is not completed and is not considered valid in the following cases:
• You have not received an email with a confirmation/reference number;
• If the online payment is cancelled for various reasons and the payment fails;
• The payment is not accurate or complete; therefore, the amount is not deducted from the account;
• Therefore, the provisional reservation will be cancelled after a short time and the transaction will be considered invalid.
4. Rates
4.1. How are the entrance prices for children and young people regulated?
• CHILD up to 1 year free entry, 2-6 years with identity document
• YOUNG MAN 7-18 years with identity document, students with valid Student card
• ADULT >19 years
5. Specific ticket purchase procedure
5.1. Is it possible to purchase multiple tickets at the same time?
You can purchase multiple tickets, for example for other family members or friends, even in a single transaction. We inform you that you will receive a QR code for each ticket purchased. All QR codes you receive must be scanned under the reader.
We will take care of storing the customer's information and the different tickets will be linked in a single user account in which all the orders made will be available. When you want to purchase a ticket again, you will not need to register the names again.
You can also purchase tickets as a “Guest” without registering all your details.
5.2. Do I need to select a specific date?
Yes, the ticket is only valid for the day purchased. We cannot refund single entries purchased by mistake, see chapter 7. Refunds.
5.3. How do QR code tickets work
After purchasing, you will receive an email with your ticket(s) in the form of a QR code (1 QR for each ticket). Scan each QR code directly from your mobile phone display into the reader at the entrance to the Public Bath. It is not necessary to print the tickets.
5.4. If you purchase 10 or 20 entry passes, please note that each scan under the reader corresponds to one entry.
6. Assistance
6.1. How can I get assistance if a ticket does not work or there are problems during the purchase process?
Please send an email or call Bellinzona Sport if you encounter a problem before your visit to the Public Bath. If you encounter a problem after purchasing, please contact the Cashier directly.

7. Refunds
7.1. Is it possible to purchase tickets at a reduced price after 5:00 pm and during the lunch break?
No. At the moment it is not technically possible to purchase tickets at a reduced rate, nor to have the difference refunded at the cashier. Reduced-price tickets must be purchased at the cashier as usual.
7.2. Is it possible to be refunded in case of bad weather?
No, refunds are not made in case of bad weather.
7.3. The ticket is valid only for the day purchased. We cannot refund single entries purchased incorrectly (wrong date).
8. Declaration
8.1. The applicant certifies and declares: - the accuracy of the data provided in the request for this online purchase; - to have read and unconditionally accept the general conditions and warnings listed above; - to strictly adhere to all the general conditions and regulations issued by Bellinzona Sport and other operators for the use of the spaces, products and services offered at the Bellinzona Public Bath; - to have received the entry ticket in order to use this entry ticket.
