May I buy severeral lift tickes in one transaction?

One can easily purchase several tickets, e.g. for children, other family members or friends, even in a single transaction. Care will be taken to keep the customer's information and the different tickets will be linked in one user account. The purchased ticket and the associated tickets of friends or family members can be easily managed. When you want to purchase a ticket again there will be no need to re-register numbers or names.

What about kids?

CHILDREN Children up to 1 year free entry. 2-6 years, from 2019 to 2023 with ID

CHILD 7-18 years old, born from 2007 to 2018 with ID, students with Student's card

ADULT >19 years old

Do I have to choose a specific date?

Yes, the ticket is only valid for the day you purchased.

How do the tickets with QR code work?

After purchase, you will receive an e-mail with your ticket in the form of a QR code. Scan the QR code directly from the display of your mobile phone into the card reader. There is no need to print it out.

Is there a possibility to buy tickets at a reduced price after 5 p.m. and during lunchbreak?

No. At the moment, it is not technically possible to purchase reduced-price tickets or have the difference refunded at the ticket office. Reduced-price tickets must be purchased at the cash desk as usual.

I am Domiciled in Bellinzona, can I buy tickets with a NON-Domiciled fare and then get the difference refunded?

Unfortunately no, for the 2025 season it is not possible to obtain refunds if you are domiciled and purchase tickets NOT domiciled.
